An experiential, place - based programme exploring our relationship with the living world, and how ecological thinking can inform the way we live and work.
Based at Mill House in Suffolk, the programme brings together people working in therapy, education, coaching and other fields to learn through experience, reflection and shared enquiry.
A different way of relating to the living world
Becoming Ecological brings together the work of Hayley Marshall and Giles Barrow, and their shared curiosity about what it means to live in relationship with the more-than-human world.
At a time of growing ecological uncertainty, many of us are questioning how we live, work and relate to the world around us. Through ecological thinking, embodied experience and shared enquiry, Hayley and Giles create opportunities to explore these questions together — with curiosity, care and an openness to what might emerge.

Becoming Ecological brings ecological philosophy into practice through a deeper relationship with place and the living world.
Through time outdoors, shared enquiry and reflection, participants explore how these experiences might inform their personal and professional lives.
Online Ecological Reading Groups
Our online reading groups offer a welcoming space to explore ecological ideas, share reflections and connect with others who are curious about our relationship with the living world.
